Every celebration,
The Wedding Event
From the roka to the last dance at the reception — one team, one palette, every function designed to sit together in the photographs.
Our signature
Decor that looks
like the reference
Every setup begins with the picture in your head — not with a catalogue of six options.
A screenshot, a colour you love, an outfit the palette has to sit beside. We design to that, build it at full scale, and install it on the day — so what arrives is what you showed us, at the size the room actually needs.
Palettes are drawn from your outfits and your venue. Sangeet and reception stages are planned around sightlines, so the decor reads from the back of the hall as well as from the front row.
Chapter One
Roka
Where the sequence begins, and usually the most intimate room of the whole wedding — two families, a drawing room or a small hall, and decor that has to feel warm rather than staged.
Floral backdrops sized for a living room, soft draping, a seating arrangement for the elders, and signage with both family names. Restrained, and photographed close.

Chapter Two
Engagement &
Ring Ceremony
The first function with a real guest list, and the first stage that has to hold a crowd's attention. Ring platforms, floral arches, monogram installations with both initials, and a couple's seat that reads as the centre of the room.
Built so the ring exchange itself has a clean frame behind it — no clutter in the shot, no cables in the corner.

Chapter Three
Haldi & Mehendi
The brightest ceremonies deserve the boldest palettes. Marigold and rose garlands, mirror-work and jaali backdrops, jhoola seating, low lounge setups, and colour that reads on camera from across the lawn.
Built for daylight — and built to be sat in for hours.

Chapter Four
Sangeet
The function that has to work as a performance space and a photograph at the same time. Ceiling drapes and colour-washed canopies, a stage deep enough to dance on, and lounge seating for the families who are watching rather than performing.
Sightlines come first. We set the stage height and the lighting so the back rows see the same show as the front, and so the video does not lose the couple against the backdrop.

Chapter Five
The Wedding
A wedding stage carries the weight of every photograph taken that night. We build them to hold up close — floral arches and garlands, draped backdrops, monogram installations, and lounge seating for the couple and both families.
Entrance and welcome signage, pathway and pillar styling, ceiling drapes and lighting: the room is treated as one scheme, not a stage with decorations around it.

Mandap
The one structure in the whole wedding that is looked at continuously for hours, from every angle, by everyone in the room. Four pillars, a canopy, and nowhere to hide an unfinished edge.
Pillar and canopy draping, floral and garland work, seating for the couple and the pandit, and havan-safe placement planned with the venue. Designed as one scheme with the stage, so the two do not compete in the photographs.

Chapter Seven
Reception
The last function, the largest guest list, and the one everybody photographs on their way in. A receiving stage that works for two hundred handshakes, an entrance that sets the tone, and a cake and cocktail area that does not look like an afterthought.
Evening lighting is designed rather than added — the reception is the one function that is entirely after dark, and it photographs completely differently from the day ceremonies.

How we work
Four steps,
no back-and-forth
- One
Tell us the functions
Which ceremonies, the dates, the venues, guest count, and any reference images.
- Two
We design
A concept and palette per function, and a written quote with every inclusion listed.
- Three
Confirm your dates
A booking amount holds each date and its setup window.
- Four
We install
Our team arrives with everything and finishes before your guests.
Every inclusion is written down before you pay anything. Share your dates and a reference image, and we will come back with a concept and a price.
The film
Thirty seconds
on the floor
An engagement setup, walked end to end — entrance, stage, florals, lighting.
Before you book
Questions families ask
Do you take on full wedding decoration or only single ceremonies?
Both. Many families book one ceremony — a haldi at home, a sangeet at a banquet — and others hand us the whole sequence from roka through reception. Taking the full sequence lets us carry a palette across every function so the photographs sit together.
How far ahead should a wedding function be booked?
Wedding-season dates in Jaipur are held early, so the earlier the better. Printed backdrops, monogram installations and large floral work need lead time to fabricate. Message us with your dates and we will tell you honestly what is still open.
Do you design the mandap as well as the stage?
Yes. Mandap draping and floral work, stage and backdrop, entrance and pathway styling, couple and family seating are all handled by the same team, so the mandap and the stage are designed as one scheme rather than separately.
Will the decor read from the back of a large hall?
That is planned for. Sangeet and reception setups are designed around sightlines so the stage holds up from the back rows as well as the front, and lighting is placed for the camera rather than only for the eye.
Can you match our outfit palette?
Yes, and we prefer to. Palettes are drawn from the outfits and the venue rather than a fixed catalogue. Send outfit photographs along with any reference images and we design the scheme to sit beside them.
Do you work at hotels and banquet venues across Jaipur?
Yes — banquet halls, hotels, farmhouses, lawns and gardens, as well as homes for the smaller functions. We coordinate load-in and setup windows directly with the venue.
