How much does birthday decoration cost in Jaipur?
Our birthday decoration starts from ₹999 for a simple home balloon setup. Themed backdrops with props, marquee letters and coordinated styling are quoted based on the theme, venue size and setup time. Share your date and venue on WhatsApp for an exact quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three days is comfortable for standard setups. Custom themes with printed backdrops or special props need about a week. Same-day and midnight surprise setups are sometimes possible depending on availability — message us and we will confirm.
Do you decorate at home and in apartments?
Yes. Most of our work is at homes and apartments in Jaipur. We also set up in cafés, restaurants, gardens, farmhouses and banquet halls.
Which areas of Jaipur do you cover?
We cover Jaipur city, including Vaishali Nagar, Malviya Nagar, Mansarovar, C-Scheme, Jagatpura, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Raja Park, Bani Park, Jhotwara, Tonk Road, Ajmer Road and Sanganer. If your locality is not on that list, message us.
How long does a setup take?
A simple balloon setup takes about one to two hours on site. Larger themed backdrops and stage setups take three to four hours. We plan arrival so the decor is ready before your guests.
Can you create a fully custom theme?
Yes — custom themes are a large part of what we do. Character themes, hot air balloon, devotional, boho floral, neon and colour-led concepts. Send a reference image on WhatsApp and we design around it.
Do you do surprise and midnight setups?
Yes. Surprise room decor, midnight birthday setups and anniversary surprises are available subject to slot availability. Tell us the time window when you message.
Do you remove the decoration afterwards?
Reusable items such as frames, marquee letters, stands and props are collected the next day. Balloons and single-use material are left with you unless you request removal.
Do you do wedding, sangeet and haldi decoration as well?
Yes. Roka, engagement, haldi, mehendi, sangeet, wedding stage, mandap and reception decor are all part of what we do. The full wedding portfolio is at shava.in/wedding — send us your dates and which functions you need.
Can you handle several wedding functions for the same family?
Yes, and it usually works better that way. Taking more than one function lets us carry a palette across the whole sequence, so the photographs from each ceremony sit together instead of looking like separate events. Tell us which functions you need and we will quote them together.
